The Conewago Township Planning Commission held their monthly meeting on Monday, March 31, 2003. Those present were:

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Whitmeyer at 7:30 P.M.
The Agenda items were reviewed. David M & Patricia Epler - Land Development Plan Waiver was added to the agenda.
MINUTES - February 24, 2003 - A motion by Czuday second by Grubb to approve the minutes of February 24, 2003 as presented. Motion carried.

JEFFREY L AND KAREN S WEAVER - Land Development Plan Waiver- Zoning is Ag - R. D. 1 Box 80, Brandt Road. Hershey
The Weavers are proposing to erect a 1,064 sq ft, 2 car garage for personal use. A motion by Whitmeyer second by Rozanski to recommend approval of the waiver request subject to working with the Township Engineer concerning the Storm water run-off. Motion carried.
FRANK ENGLISH (HARVEY GIPE FARM) - Sketch Plan - Zoned Residential Country ENGLISH ESTATES - 1964 Deodate Road, Elizabethtown
Mr. English is proposing to purchase the Harvey Gipe farm located along Deodate Road. He is proposing to develop the farm into approximately 35 to 46 homes. 10 acres north of the turnpike will be sold to a adjoining property owner. This was an informal discussion, therefore, no action was taken.
DAVID M AND PATRICIA EPLER - Land Development Plan Waiver - Residential Country 2669 Mill Road, Elizabethtown
The Eplers are proposing to build a 1200 sq ft garage for personal use. A motion by Whitmeyer, second by Coble to recommend approval of the waiver request subject to working with the Township Engineer concerning the Storm water run-off. Motion carried.
PLANNING COMMISSION TERM EXPIRES
David Coble and Terry Whitmeyer's Planning Commission term will expire on April 30. 2003. They both expressed interest in being reappointed. A motion by Grubb second by Czuday to recommend that the Board of Supervisors reappoint Terry Whitmeyer and David Coble to serve a 4 year term which will expire April 30, 2007. Motion carried.
Next meeting will be April 28, 2003.
A motion by Rozanski second by Kuntz to adjourn at 8:20 P.M.
